Returns and Refunds Policy

MetaMuscle Nutrition wants every order to arrive in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns window

You can request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for returns

Because our products are dietary supplements, returns are accepted only when the product is:

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed
  • In original packaging

When you are eligible for a refund or replacement

You are eligible if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged, leaking, or tampered
  • An item was missing from your order

For wrong or damaged items, we offer both a replacement and a refund, based on your preference and stock availability.

Items not eligible for return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery
  • Issues caused by improper storage after delivery

How to request a return, refund, or replacement

Email us at info@metamusclenutrition.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue (and packaging if damaged)

We may request additional images to confirm the issue and speed up resolution.

Return shipping

  • If the issue is our error (wrong item, damaged, missing), we will cover the return shipping or arrange a solution.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind (and the product is eligible), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Processing time

  • We aim to review and respond within 1–2 business days.
  • If a return is approved, refunds are processed after we confirm eligibility or verify the damage claim.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. If that is not possible, we will arrange an alternative method.

Food supplements/Nutraceuticals/Nutritional Supplements are not for treatment of any disease. Always follow label directions and store products as instructed.
