Shipping policy

At MetaMuscle Nutrition, we want to get your supplements to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver across Pakistan only. No matter which city or town you're in, we've got you covered.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is a flat PKR 350. Delivery is free on orders of PKR 2,500 or more.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner on the next business day after you place your order. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

We ship through TCS and PostEx, two of Pakistan's most trusted courier services. Your order is dispatched with the courier that serves your area best. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your package in real time through TCS or PostEx, depending on which courier is handling your delivery.

Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Simply place your order online and pay in cash when the package arrives at your door. No advance payment needed.

Important Notes

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct at the time of placing your order. Our courier partner will contact you before delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.
